Summary:

Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals who are elderly and have developmental disabilities is preferred - Experience in caregiving or patient care roles is beneficial - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Skills:
- Compassionate and patient demeanor - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to adapt to changing needs and situations - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Organizational skills for maintaining accurate documentation
